We are in search of a Custom Home Designer to work with our customers and sales team to create new and modify existing home plans. This fast-paced job will entail experience with drafting-based software.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Understanding of residential building codes, residential energy codes, construction methods and framing assemblies
  • Software-based drafting experience
  • Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask while staying organized
  • Residential construction experience and/or sales experience is encouraged
