A Carter Lumber Engineered Wood Products (EWP) Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales, relationship building and program development for engineered wood in a designated market. Targeting and conducting sales proposals, analyzing market trends and training the sales team will be vital to the success of this position.
REQUIREMENTS
- EWP background preferred
- Understanding of business principals including logistics, market analysis & inventory management
- Strong facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to manage tasks concurrently
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
