Customer Quoting

• Receive blueprints from customers and do a complete take-off
• Use take-offs to create quotes for customers



Project Management

• Track custom millwork projects through all phases of production
• Answer questions and direct craftsmen to ensure job accuracy
• Work with customers and salespeople to make any needed changes to projects
• Ensure projects are kept on schedule
• Clear projects for final shipment to customers
• Work with delivery department to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Work primarily in the field to manage job startup through completion
