Sales & Relationship Building:

• Determines customer needs; makes cold calls; develops relationships; completes sales transactions; assists with take-offs and material list

• Communicates scheduling and delivery commitments

• Creates profitable sales

• Knows credit programs and appropriate customers for them

• Provides customer service; ensures customer satisfaction; other duties as assigned



Communication

• Keeps lines of communication open between the team members at the store and customers to ensure that service is accurate and timely.

• Ensures all paperwork is complete and submitted as required.



Knowledge & Training

• Identifies personal growth needs and improvement opportunities; seeks to obtain product information; learns about Carter packages and products.

• Completes required training and development courses.
