What You'll Do

Order Processing

  • Receive and enter orders from stores
  • Generate purchase orders
  • Forward orders to proper departments



Store team support

  • Assist stores by providing information on products and special order pricing, availability and lead times
  • Resolve delivery, quality and any other issues



Administrative Duties

  • Update and assemble reports for review as requested by management
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, copying and faxing

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and coordinate your work
  • Ability to work well on a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
