What you'll do
Assist in creating orders in management system
Confirm deliveries with customers
Print required documentation daily
Ensure the paperwork process is running smoothly
Answer office phone calls and direct calls accordingly
Assist customers by providing information on products, stock and lead times
Resolve delivery, quality and other issues or forward to the proper personnel to ensure any issues are taken care of
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, copying and faxing

Ability to multi-task and manage your time
Strong attention to detail
Communication skills; written, verbal, phone
Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
