What you'll do

  • Assist in creating orders in management system
  • Confirm deliveries with customers
  • Print required documentation daily
  • Ensure the paperwork process is running smoothly
  • Answer office phone calls and direct calls accordingly
  • Assist customers by providing information on products, stock and lead times
  • Resolve delivery, quality and other issues or forward to the proper personnel to ensure any issues are taken care of
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, copying and faxing

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage your time
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Communication skills; written, verbal, phone
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
